FindLaw Australia Website Awards 2007

1. RULES AND CONDITIONS: By completing and submitting this form, you are entering your firm’s website in the 2007 FindLaw Australia Website Awards and you agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the 2007 FindLaw Australia Website Awards outlined below.
2. NOMINATIONS:  You can nominate your firm in as many categories as you choose provided your firm meets the criteria for that category.
3. NOMINATION FEE: The entry fee is payable for each nomination form so you should complete it carefully and make sure you include all nominations for relevant categories on the one nomination form.
4. AWARDS CEREMONY TICKETS: You can purchase tickets to attend the Awards ceremony either with your nomination form or separately (unless you have selected a nomination/registration bundle option).
5. PUBLICATION: You agree to allow FindLaw Australia to list your firm’s website and your firm’s details on the www.websiteawards.com.au and for your judged score to be published next to your listing.
6. MARKETING: You agree that FindLaw Australia may use your firm’s name, URL and an image of your firm’s website in marketing material and press releases in relation to the 2007 FindLaw Australia Website Awards.
7. CONFIRMATION: You can nominate and/or register to attend the Awards ceremony on our estore, by phone, fax or mail. We will contact you to confirm your nomination and/or registration. If you have not received confirmation of your nomination and/or registration please contact Thomson on 1300 304 195.
8. PAYMENT POLICY: All payments for nominations must be received prior to the close of the nomination period, 28 September 2007. All payments for registration to attend the Awards ceremony must be received prior to the event, 25 October 2007. Please include your payment with this nomination and/or registration form. Please note that all American Express and Diners Club payments are subject to a surcharge of 2.95%.
9. CANCELLATION OF NOMINATION: You can withdraw your nomination prior to the close of the nomination period but your nomination fee will not be refunded.
10. CANCELLATION OF TICKETS FOR AWARDS CEREMONY: Should you be unable to attend the Awards ceremony, a substitute delegate is always welcome provided we are notified of their details before close of business on 24 October 2007.   Alternatively, provided you notify us in writing seven (7) full days before the Awards ceremony, we will refund your registration fee, less a 15% service charge. Regrettably, no refunds will be made if less than seven (7) full days notice of cancellation is given. Thomson reserves the right to change the program for the Awards ceremony at any time without notice. If Thomson cancels the Awards ceremony for any reason, your remedy is limited to a refund of the registration fee to attend. Winners of the Awards will then be announced via a digital communication. You must maintain 2, 3 or 5 paying registrants to be eligible to receive and retain the team discount for the purchase of 2, 5 or 10 registrants respectively.
11. PRIVACY: Thomson may occasionally contact you primarily for the purpose of direct marketing or market research. Thomson may also disclose information about you to other members of the global Thomson Corporation group of companies for such purposes. If you would prefer not to be contacted by Thomson Legal & Regulatory Limited ABN 64 058 914 668 (Thomson) for the purpose of direct marketing, please advise our Privacy Officer in writing TLRAP.privacy@thomson.com.
