Judging Process Kicks Off
17 October 2007
The official nomination period of the FindLaw Australia Website
Awards 2007 has now closed. We have received nominations across
each of the practice area categories throughout Australia.
The judging process commenced on 8 October. Members of the judging
panel are their professional knowledge evaluating these websites
from the perspectives of design, content, marketability and functionality.
An electronic judging process has been adopted to assure the
security, fairness and independence of the overall process.
Winners of the FindLaw Australia Website Awards 2007 will be
announced at the Awards Ceremony, which is scheduled on the 25th
October at the Establishment.

Launch of the 2007 Awards – bigger & better

Thomson proudly launched the 2007 FindLaw Australia Website
Awards on Tuesday, 31 July 2007. The first FindLaw Australia
Website Awards were held in 2002 and the awards have had small,
medium, large and Australian best law firm website categories.
This year’s
awards are bigger and better than before. We introduced six new
practice area categories: best law firm website in criminal law,
family law, personal injury law, property law, elder law and
tax & accounting to create more winning opportunities for
entrants.
